STL GmbH at LEARNTEC 2025 – our largest trade fair appearance to date

STL GmbH was once again represented as an exhibitor at LEARNTEC from May 6 to May 8, 2025 – the leading trade fair for digital education in Karlsruhe – and this time with the largest booth we have ever had. For the first time, we outsourced our trade fair presence and realized it in collaboration with E. Scheurle Messebau GmbH. The result: a professional, inviting booth that perfectly showcased our product lines – cimoio aero, cimoio industry, and cimoio academy – while also providing ample space for personal exchange.

In addition to the aforementioned product lines, we also offer: cimoio compact, cimoio custom, and cimoio certify. Each product line is designed to meet the specific needs of our customers and optimize their processes.

The booth was supported by the largest team we’ve ever had on site – ensuring that we could give every visitor the time and attention they deserved. Together, we were able to establish numerous new contacts and personally welcome many of our existing customers.

With around 13,000 participants from 40 countries, LEARNTEC 2025 was an international meeting point for the education sector. About 40% of the visitors traveled more than 300 kilometers – including attendees from countries such as Austria, the United Kingdom, France, and the United States. More than 350 exhibition booths and twelve stages and special areas showcased innovative learning technologies and numerous premieres. The conference program featured around 70 talks and panel discussions with approximately 100 speakers, including a daily English-language track. Once again, Karlsruhe proved to be a hotspot for digitalization in schools, universities, and vocational education.

cimoio in the spotlight: LMS, Training Management & Seminar Administration

Many trade fair visitors – including numerous existing customers and prospects – visited our booth to learn more about our learning management system cimoio, which combines learning management, training management, and seminar administration on a single platform.

A large number of interested parties came specifically from the industrial sector, which we have been successfully serving for many years.

High Demand for Resource Management, Automation, and AI

In numerous conversations, two topics were brought up repeatedly:

  • Resource Management: How can internal and external trainers, rooms, materials, or event locations be managed efficiently?

  • Process Automation: How can cimoio help digitize manual workflows and save time?

There was also interest in AI-supported learning. Many companies are looking for ways to make learning processes smarter and wanted to know how cimoio plans to integrate intelligent features in the future.

The cimoio Product Lines – The Right Solution for Every Industry

A highlight of our new booth concept was the clear and structured presentation of the most important cimoio product lines. The concise messaging at the booth helped us address visitors from various industries in a targeted way and explain the relevant use cases:

  • cimoio aero – For aviation companies with regulated qualification requirements

  • cimoio academy – For internal academies and training providers

This structure was very well received – especially by visitors looking for clear orientation while still valuing customizability.
