The main product of STL GmbH is the training management software cimoio. This in turn is the basis for other products. The qamaas product is an industry solution for aviation with a focus on training MRO employees. The MTS product is a combination of software and additional services.

cimoio is a web application with which you can map your academy, your personnel development, your product training or other learning processes and learning materials. With portals that are aligned to the needs of the users, you will also find a tailor-made presentation of your learning operation. Various modules for special tasks give you the opportunity to adapt cimoio to your use case!
MTS – Managed Training Services
Do you need more than a software for your learning management? For example, would you like to outsource the maintenance of your training catalogue? Or would you like to hand over the procurement of suitable digital or face-to-face training courses? Then MTS (short for: Managed Training Services) is the solution for you. Qualification- and Authorisationmanagement as a Service
Under the qamaas brand, we have created a special version of cimoio that deals with the needs of the MRO sector in aviation. qamaas offers a platform on which training can be carried out for everything from human factors to more specific topics. This serves to map the very strict regulations, e.g. of the Federal Aviation Office and the European Agency for Aviation Safety (EASA) but also of international authorities.
