To a Successful Year 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As every year in the STL GmbH\u2019s 2024 year-in-review: a statement! The past year was full of exciting challenges, significant milestones, and valuable encounters. Amid global developments and technological innovations, we look back on an eventful and successful year.<\/p>\n

The global community made progress in the field of sustainable technologies. In the aviation industry, efforts to implement more environmentally friendly solutions intensified. And digitalization continued to dominate many sectors, with a special focus on education and healthcare. Developments that open up new opportunities for companies like STL GmbH. With our innovative solutions, we can contribute to digital transformation. Artificial intelligence and data privacy remained central topics, shaping both our business and the development of our products.<\/p>\n

Another highlight was UEFA Euro 2024<\/a>, which shaped the sports year in Europe.\u00a0For many, it was an exciting time for football. It also offered a great opportunity to boost team spirit and enthusiasm. During Euro 2024, Germany experienced true football fever. An outstanding milestone for STL GmbH was the successful ISO\/IEC 27001:2022 certification<\/a>, which we received on June 28, 2024. This significant achievement underscores our commitment to the highest standards in information security and the protection of sensitive data.<\/p>\n

The approved management system covers both the „development and operation of software and services for training, learning, and qualification management“. We are especially proud that our product cimoio<\/a>, which our customers use for learning and training management. It is also included in the scope of this certification, highlighting its quality and reliability.<\/p>\n

eLearning Award 2024 for the „KUKA LMS“ Project<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=“#29c4a9″ divider_weight=“4px“ _builder_version=“4.9.10″ _module_preset=“default“ max_width=“40px“ custom_margin=“||10px||false|false“ global_module=“354″ saved_tabs=“all“ global_colors_info=“{}“][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.27.4″ _module_preset=“b9bb25d6-91bf-4e23-95cd-4a9e00f511ab“ global_colors_info=“{}“]

Another highlight was receiving the eLearning Award 2024<\/strong><\/a> in the „Project Management“<\/strong> category for our long-term project „KUKA LMS“.<\/em> In this project, we implemented our software cimoio<\/strong> for the automation group KUKA<\/strong> <\/a>and subsequently rolled it out internationally. Since the project began in 2015, we have continuously maintained the system. We have also further developed it, adapting to the evolving demands of the training business. A particularly noteworthy achievement was the successful integration of the learning platform. It was seamlessly incorporated into the IT systems of the KUKA Colleges and the KUKA Academy. The platform now supports both employee development and training for staff and customers worldwide.<\/p>\n

The jury of the eLearning Journal<\/strong><\/a> honored the project with the following statement:<\/p>\n

„In the long-standing collaboration between KUKA and STL, a digital learning platform was developed that is accessible online around the clock and was integrated globally in a systematically planned process. The integration with the internal IT systems of all KUKA Colleges worldwide simplifies the administrative process and makes it significantly more time-efficient. […] Due to the successful implementation of the initial ideas and the continuous improvements, the jury presents the eLearning AWARD 2024 in the category \u2018Project Management.\u2019 Congratulations!“<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

For STL GmbH<\/strong>, 2024 was a year full of successful trade shows and events where we showcased our expertise in aviation<\/a>, software development<\/strong>, and educational technologies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Aviation Trade Fairs<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Aerospace TechWeek Europe 2024<\/strong> (April 17\u201318, Munich)<\/p>\n

Our managing directors, Karsten Staatz<\/strong> and Georg Th\u00fclly<\/strong>, welcomed visitors bright and early at our booth during Aerospace TechWeek<\/a> 2024. There, they presented our learning management system cimoio<\/strong><\/a>. With cimoio, we offer companies in the aviation industry not only an efficient solution for managing their training activities but also a tool to help them meet regulatory requirements \u2014 an essential factor in this highly regulated industry.<\/p>\n

We are especially proud that several of our systems have already been successfully approved by the German Federal Aviation Office (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
